HOW TO ORDER
- Browse the online shop and click to choose your favourite image.
- Using the dropdown PRODUCT menu you can select the finish (choose from acrylic facemount, stretched canvas print or acrylic block ) and then select the corresponding option from the PRODUCT drop-down menu.
- When happy with your selection, click the ADD TO CART button to move the item to your cart.
- The cart page will open and you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- On the checkout page, you need to complete your details as prompted, and confirm your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
- Click PLACE ORDER to move to the payment screen.
- Simply enter your payment details (Visa or MasterCard) and click CONFIRM & PAY.
- You will be redirected to a confirmation page and an email will be sent confirming your order.

Please note: In the event that an item has been priced incorrectly due to genuine human error, we will contact you to discuss. Due to the number of variations and sizes on offer, your order is always checked by our staff for accuracy before we send your items.
- Refund Policy
We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened goods within 7 days of delivery provided we receive the goods returned in original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the purchaser. Please email us your intention to return items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your specific problem and we’ll get back to you promptly.
- Shipping Policy
We process all sales within 1 business day, if you have ordered an out of stock item which requires printing, we will contact you immediately to discuss options. All items are sent with Startrack Express. The majority of our items are made to order so please allow up to one week for rolled stock and two-three weeks for acrylic face-mount or framed images.
- Personal Information.
You have complete control over your personal information. In general, you can visit our web site without providing us with any personal information. However, there are instances where we must have your personal information in order for us to grant you an access to our protected and secured sites. This information may include registration data (your name, address, email address, phone number, title, etc.), information request data and response data (“User Information”). When you receive your confirmation email or when you receive any email from the list server, you will be given instructions on how to remove yourself from the list.

International orders can only be made directly with the gallery by phone.
